It's funny that you posted this, because I placed an order a few weeks ago, and was sent a UPS tracking number on 9/17, with an expected delivery date of 9/21. There's no tracking info in the system. I emailed them on wednesday and tried calling today and got a voicemail box is full message. I emailed them again after that and said if they didnt call me back soon I was going to dispute the charges with my CC company.
Irritates me....I've not had trouble with them until now.
