Exclamation Trying to Start a Chapter!! NEED HELP
My name is Phillip Holmes and I presently work at Quincy University in Quincy Illinois. Several students have approached me about starting an Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity on our campus but I need to know the process and pointed in the right direction.
