I love fall, I think it might be my favorite time of year. It's the best temperature, the leaves are beautiful, there's that nice smell in the air, pumpkin pie, apple cider, farmers markets, apples in season, get to wear all my nice fall clothes, it's the perfect weather for running and for cycling...I wouldn't want to live in a place that didn't have distinct seasons. As much as I'm sure a nice warm temp is nice year round...it would take the specialness out of nice days for me.
