I don't know what you define as "many", I've met black girls, Asian girls, East Indian girls and Iranian girls who are all initiates at the Canadian chapters. We've also had Jewish members and I do know of one case where a lesbian was President of a collegiate chapter (since we're basically talking about diversity) .
That being said, every chapter out there (and I mean ANY sorority's chapters, not just DG) generally reflects the campus in terms of demography and (
ahem) social attitudes.
