The campus has always had four days of recruitment and anywhere from 4-6 sororities over the past 20+ years. Using RFM, would eliminating one day cause the strong returning chapters (who already cut 50-60% following day one) to eliminate even more PNMs after the first day(70-80%)? Or would the cuts become more spread out (maybe 40% following day one and 40% following day two)? I fear that by eliminating one day of a four-day schedule, recruitment becomes more stressful and competitive for both the chapters and the PNMs. Any thoughts?

KC, I think it is doable. I'm not sure it would have an impact on the RFM's because your strong Chapters would still need to cut based on past results (first day of recruitment is first day no matter how many parties you have). To me it seems like it might make it all around easier until there are more groups on campus. It seems kind of weird to only eliminate 1 group after each round. I would be open to the plan.
