Ladiishotta,
I am unclear as to what you really need to know? I am unsure if you truly even know what a Fraternity or a Sorority is and it is not our job to inform you of that nor can Google give you a complete answer.
Secondly, your school's is considered as a commuter online program organized and implemented in Denver, Colorado. The goal of your school is to route students into large need fields, not a traditional learning seen at traditional colleges and universities. There are pros & cons to that. The pros are you can get a degree/certificate in a top level field, i.e. nursing, etc. The con is you don't get the full flavor of a college experience seen at a traditional school.
Now, if that is important to you, you need to say that. Then you need to rethink your school. Because apparently, according to your schools website, the kind of social life is left to be desired, whereas, most traditional colleges/universities have a fully active student life section on their websites associated with it.
Lastly, your school's parent was recently sued by the State of Texas for fraudulent claims of student financial aid. $7 Million to be exact. So, I don't know of many large national "Greek Lettered Organization" offices that would want to take on that liability.
As far as forming your own Greek Lettered Organization, it has been said you have a lot of work ahead of you. And Greekchat.com would not be my 1st sole source choice in starting to ask questions about "how to form" these types of organizations.
Good luck with your efforts though.
