I arrived at Philanthropy Round on time, at 6:15. It didn't start until 6:50, but of course we had to be there earlier.
My Pi Chi handed me my schedule and name tag. We could be invited to six, and as I looked down I saw a full six parties. My Pi Chi asked me if I was happy, and I said yes!
It wasn't until a few minutes later when the nervousness and excitement wore off when I finally took a look at
what parties I had been invited back to exactly.
If you don't remember, I was hoping to get invites back from
Ginny,
Luna Lovegood,
Hermione,
Minerva,
Cho Chang, and
Moaning Myrtle. I did NOT want
Fleur or
Dudley. I just assumed when I got my full schedule that I had gotten all of the ones I wanted, but I hadn't.
My schedule read:

What?! Why was I invited back to
Dudley..where was
HERMIONE? My favorite? I felt upset for half a second, until some girls from
Hermione swooshed past my Pi Chi group with their noses up, dressed like total hookers. Hos fo sho. I got over it pretty quickly, and realized that I only wanted them because I went into recruitment thinking they were my favorite. Looking back onto the previous night, it was obvious that wasn't where I belong.
I was just thankful to have a full six parties. Some girls got 4, 3, and even only 1 or 2.
With
Hermione out of the picture, my favorites were now
Luna Lovegood and
Cho Chang.
Philanthropy Round was 30 minutes with each chapter learning about their Philanthropy (obviously).
Round one was
Cho Chang. I was excited for this party because I loved them the night before, and I hold their Philanthropy close to my heart because it affected me personally. Their room was beautiful, and they showed a wonderful video. We made a craft that took me literally 45 seconds, but I tried to act like it was the most exciting thing I've ever done. I told some girls about my experience with their Philanthropy, and I got teared up (I'm pretty sure a few of them did, too). They were all understanding and supportive. A few minutes later, we were talking about shoes and clothes
I had GREAT conversations and I loved this group. I want to be invited back tomorrow night so much!
EDIT: I accidentally posted everything you see above before I finished, obviously. I went back and added everything else, and when I went to post it said I was logged out and I lost everything. I'm so mad right now...maybe I'll finish it later but I'm just pissed that I have to re-write everything.
