I'm the recruitment advisor for Zeta Psi at Valparaiso.

They have just COB in the fall but had seven slots due to a large number of seniors graduating. They filled them at one time so the chapter is now at total with their seven new members.

We have deferred recruitment in the Spring and some of the girls are a little worried because the Greek Life advisor told our recruitment chair taht she thinks recruitment numbers will be really small this year because the freshman girls are "shy."

Our panhellenic has a habit of not doing anything to really promote greek life the first semester and then get pissy when numbers are down in the spring. My chapter is brainstorming ways to get their name out there. Any suggestions would be great.
