I hate those one shouldered tops too....and capris!!!!! I never really got why people think they look good!
As for the clear straps, I bought a bra from Frederick's of Hollywood with the clear straps on it and my damn boobs are so heavy, that the hook snapped!!!!
The hook was made of plastic (which I still don't get, it should be metal, but that's just me) and it bent and snapped right off! Stupid bra! Does anyone know if Victoria's secret has clear strap bras?!
