Being part of Panhellenic involves being a neutral party in terms of recruitment.

That is in direct conflict with being your CHAPTER'S recruitment chair.

How are you to effectively plan and execute a recruitment plan for your chapter and advocate for your chapter, while having to remain neutral and promote the system in general?

I know that your chapters are smaller than others, but even in smaller chapters I've never heard of the recruitment chair being part of Panhellenic as well. It's too vital of a position.
