You'll need to convert to flash video (.flv), probably by converting the PPT to a flash animation. Flash animators (which is the easiest way to do this) are generally neither free nor easy.

You do realize you can embed a PPT into a website, right? Complete with a plug-in to control the show right there on screen? That might be easier. Also, if you have the animation timing where you want it (which I hope you do, otherwise the youtube conversion would be borderline retarded), you can try to save as an animated .gif file, which is relatively easy to do and can be spread via photobucket or tinypic or whatever.

You could do a screen capture (likely in .mpg format) of your monitor while you run the PPT - I believe programs like Camtasia can handle this, among others intended to broadcast a desktop to multiple viewers, although the quality blows. Still, it's easy.

Finally, if the end goal is presentation via video, it's probably best to just start with an animator rather than the severely-underpowered PPT - most marketing/educational materials bypass it entirely for a wide web audience.
