Indicating your enthusiasm is perfectly fine - in fact, it's something the chapters may well be looking for (they certainly don't want to invite women who aren't interested in them to pref.). YOU can say you feel at home, can see yourself here, etc., THEY have to be very careful not to say anything that might be construed as "promising" you an invitation to pref/bid.
