I make sure I always read a good book (read: NOT a school book!

) before going to bed. It takes my mind off all my stresses and most times I get so absorbed in the book I feel as though I'm actually there with the characters.....which relaxes me enough to go to sleep!
I find if I don't read at night I stay awake later trying to force myself asleep!
