Just a few I've seen:
Quailman and Quaildog (from Doug!)
Fireman and dalmation
Magician and bunny
Han Solo (or Luke Skywalker) and Princess Leia
ETA: Another one that my friend and his girlfriend did... she went as a nurse, and he dressed as the guy from the board game Operation. He had a red nose, wore a flesh-toned shirt and pants, and velcroed pieces of felt to him that looked like the "holes" of the game... a heart, Adam's apple, funny bone, etc.
