Despite the OP's behavior...
AFAIK no sororities run actual background checks. However that doesn't mean no one will know about it. People talk, especially if this occurred on campus.
Were there sorority girls, fraternity guys, or friends of either in the bar when the arrest took place?
Were you the only one arrested?
Were you the only one sitting in jail?
Does the local newspaper print a "Police Blotter"?
Will you be the only one in court?
Will you have to do community service at some public location?
If a sorority finds out will it be cause to release you? No one here can say for sure, but it might. It will depend on the Chapter, GLO, and campus culture.
