I searched this thread and didn't see this information posted, so I thought I would share.
This is a link to a free tool that shows all the calories burned during every single exercise ever done. All you do is enter your body weight and then select the type of exercise you're inquiring about, and it will tell you how many calories you burn within a given amount of time (
i.e., 30 minutes, 1 hour, etc.). I thought it was a very useful tool.
