Hello there, folks. Our chapter is in the process of paying off a pretty sizeable debt to our national headquarters, and to prevent it from happening again I want to move to a dues collection service. So far I have heard about the following services:
- Omega Financial
- EasyDues.com (not really a COLLECTION service per se)
- Greek Capital Management
- Bill Highway (discussed in this thread)
- Greek Bill
I would like to know any of your chapters have used any of these services (or any that I didn't list), and if so, how satisfied you were. I'm looking for information such as:
- Ease of use
- Value (did you get your money's worth?)
- Billing issues (e.g., lost payments)
- Speed (how fast did payments get to your bank account?)
- Any other great features or nagging problems that I should know about.
