Dear FedEx,
My new cell phone was supposed to be here yesterday but you took 2 days to make a 4 hour drive. Then you tried to drop this package off at my door instead of in the main office where it was supposed to go. Now, you're telling me I can't have it till tomorrow because I'm not "allowed" to pick it up?? All y'all can go to Hades with your horrible customer service--but not until you give me my phone.
