UT use to have a 2 free Junior rule. Not for sure if it is still in effect. I applaud you for making a second attempt with references this time and yes, there are groups who pledge sophomores.(one or two) My major concern is that you have already been cut from all but one group the 1st time around. I hope they are willing to give you a second look. I wish you the very best.
