I am forming a sorority for HS so I know how hard it can be! Point of advise. Please take everyone's advise at least listen.
have you started looking into letters and crests (coat of arms) yet? There is a book I would recommend "College Fraternity Heraldry" by Emily Helen Butterfield. It has information on starting stuff like that .
Also, get a copy of Roberts Rules of Order. It goes over making bylaws and constitutions and stuff like that. Especially good for someone who has never done it before! I know you can get one at any Borders or Barnes and Noble.
