I have a feeling that it is going to be Daisy. This actually sounds similar to the system of recruitment at my school, for both fraternities and sororities. Also to all the NPCers out there, but is asking about dues considered tacky? I actually think it is a good thing because it means they are really interested and shows responsibility.
