I know Greek Life is pretty competitive here. I do have some recs, but I'm a legacy to one of the chapters, and I heard that sometimes that can be a bad thing. I am worried I am this might work against me. I wondering if anyone had some advice for me.
My sister, who is active at another chapter told me to keep and open mind, and even suggested some other sororities to look into. I am still worried with everything, and was just hoping for a little advice. Thanks in advance!

In terms of being a legacy, I wouldn't worry about it. If a chapter is going to cut you for being a legacy to another chapter, what can you do about it? Nothing.
Be open minded, get recs, don't do anything dumb to draw attention to yourself (i.e. be a drunken scene at a party or something). Read the advice threads around the forums, there's tons.
