I am happy that my hand is the extent of my personal injuries, but I am worried about how this will affect my recruitment experience. Not to mention the fact that I am a sophomore rushing for the second time (which I understand may already put me at a disadvantage). Has anyone been through a similar experience, or rushed a girl in my situation? I could use any advice or support at this point! Thank you so much.

Be glad you're ok.
To be honest, if your school is super competitive, being a sophomore and a 2nd time PNM is likely to be a bigger issue than your cast.
I've rushed a girl who had recently sprained her ankle. It wasn't a big deal, but my school has a much smaller Greek system and is probably not the same as yours.
We can't really tell you what to do, this is going to have to be your decision.
