Can anyone give me some good ideas on summer rush

Some fraternities at IU begin the school year with a full 35-40 man pledge class.

How do some of the fraternities out there conduct summer rush?
Do you do it with parties? Visits? Mailings?

Any sugggestions or ideas would greatly help.
