NOT join another one. If it was a local sorority or one other than the 26 listed above, then you will have to ask the women in your sorority about their policies. Some people in this situation try to sneak around and join anyway thinking they won't get caught, but most do. Just because you move from Georgia to New York, that doesn't insure that you won't get caught. Instead of trying to join another sorority, why don't you see if the school you're going to has a chapter you can transfer to
