You do not HAVE to be a freshman, but at some schools, freshmen DO have an advantage.
GC Betas. please correct me if I'm wrong, but to my knowledge, Beta does NOT have a "sister sorority."
Any sister/brother relationship between an NPC sorority chapter and another fraternity (i.e. Beta) is unofficial and nor something that's sanctioned by our HQs.
