1. Pay off student loans.
2. Pay off credit cards and personal loans.
3. Pay off parents' house and their debt.
4. Buy a house with a big yard.
5. Stash some away for retirement.
6. Stash some away for kid's education.
7. Give away to friends and family.
8. Give some to John!!
