Depending on how far away your largest chapter is away from total, and what total is, then they could go far above total. Total for my school is 40, and after fall recruitment last year, our largest chapter was 7 over total. This can be both a good thing and a bad thing...
ps: i do believe that one of my chapter sisters is transferring to FIT in the fall
