I grew up loving all shades of green, and I think yellow/gold goes well with green, so joining Alpha Sigma Tau was a win-win for me! However, I always love the double blue and gold of Alpha Xi Delta too, especially when they are wearing ribbons.
I do like pairing pink with the brown and mode of Gamma Phi Beta...I never expected it to work but it does! Last year the Gamma Phi chapter on my campus had a pink and brown argyle print for a letter shirt (or maybe it was pink and white argyle on a brown shirt?)....anyway I thought it really popped.
