My ARM is a reasonable, more standard one than some. It has caps on how much it can go up or down each year with a max. as well. So far, it's mostly gone down since I bought the house in 2001 and it will take quite a while for it to go too far up. Hopefully things will be a little better by then and I'll be relocating to Atlanta
