I decided to look it up because I had an unfortunate situation fitting that description this weekend.
That's almost right--it's when you puke so hard that you poop on yourself. Not quite my situation, so I feel slightly better. (I had to throw up all of a sudden, but couldn't turn around because I was in the middle of peeing. That's NEVER happened to me before, but my cousin said it happened to her once when we were little.)
