There are some names I don't negatively associate with former students but wouldn't name my children, just because they've been very common: Caitlin (and variations on spelling), Chase, Cody, Dylan, Jacob. I once had a single class with two Codys, two Chases, and a Caitlin, Katelyn, and Kaitlyn. I'm not kidding.
