I really like our tagline! Our Kappa Trainers and workshops always emphasize empowering women to be leaders, not just within our own chapters (ie officer positions) but in our personal lives and long after we graduate. You don't necessarily need to be elected to lead  |
The flower is technically the fleur-de-lis, which is most often represented by the iris. (I just checked the
website, because I wasn't 100% positive on that).
The tagline "Tradition of Leadership" came about after surveying a number of members - both active and alumna - and combining their answers into one concise message. I also love it.
