Oh my lord! You're making a most unwarranted assumption there -- that I would be paying attention. The
only circumstance under which I'd be sitting through a demonstration to begin with would be if the person doing the demonstration was a friend and I felt like I couldn't decline without being rude. After that, all of my energy would go into keeping my eyes from glazing over.
