Spencer might be famous now, but it's for all the wrong reasons...namely his over the top douchebagginess. I've never seen The Hills and I know who he is but that's only because people on E & VH1 are making fun of him constantly!! I can't believe he thinks he & Heidi are celebrities in the same way as Lou Diamond Phillips or Janice Dickinson (i.e. people who actually had careers and did something).
