I couldn't tell if they were dressed-up, b/c they were standing up out of a sun-roof. The following night (or morning at like 2am) some girls were dropped off by a car in front of the dorm & they were dressed normally but jumping up & down with excitement & giving their calls, so I assume they either won at the step show, just got initiated, or both.
