[ASUADPi]

I saw it on Saturday and I am probably one of the few who actually enjoyed it. Do I think it could have been better? Yes, but overall I thought it was an enjoyable movie. I LOVE Christain Bale. He is just yummy! And the character of Marcus, well that actor was just major yummy too!

For me though, it didn't matter what they did to John, I knew he would survive, considering we found out in 3 that Arnold "killed" him and then Kate and the kids sent Arnold back in time. Well, since Kate was preggers, it was like hmm not gonna die yet. Plus, he doesn't even send dad back to "save" mom until 2025.

I think the problem is that people expected it to be just like the last three movies (i.e. having Arnold in a starring role) but eventually that couldn't happen anymore. Yeah it was nice seeing Arnold's T-800 character, but it wasn't like his "I'll be back". When people are "over expecting" things of course disappointment will abound.

I think it is a good "filler" movie, so that if the decision is made to continue the series, they can move on to when the war is ending (and what the humans do to end the war). We shall see.
