On another note, people have started to compare any show where people are talking over each other and having fiery debates with The View. But, there have always been shows with male hosts and guests that have talked over each other and had heated debates. I think that people just don't expect that from women, and that's why it annoys people on The View. If it were men doing it on The View, I think people would find it more entertaining or informative.

I agree that it's like any other debate show that you might see on the cable networks, but there are very few of those types of shows that I enjoy. I was never a huge "Crossfire" fan, and I don't watch a whole lot of O'Reilly (even though I found him interesting in person), Olbermann (ditto), or any of those.
If I'm going to watch or listen to something regarding political debate, I'll watch "Meet the Press," C-Span, or listen to some of the programming on NPR.
