Katy Allen is a founding sister of the Xi Omicron chapter at Arkansas.
I only watched the last part of tonight's show (and none during the rest of the season). They both were really good and either could have taken it. I would say that if it weren't for the AOII votes, I don't think Kris would have taken it. But either deserved to be there.
