Federal Court Ruling in Favor of George Mason U Administrators

"Administrators at George Mason University did not violate the Constitutional rights of a fraternity and its members when the university punished them in 2005, a federal appeals court ruled Wednesday. The decision by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit upheld a lower court's opinion . . . ."
