I've been told that the day before Mother's Day is Birthmom Day for all women who placed a child for adoption. We only know where 1 of our children's birthmoms is and I desperately wish we could find all of them to thank them for our beautiful children. Searches haven't been fruitful, so right now I would like to say to Hiromi, Susan, Asako, Muoi, and Elvira:

Thank you, ladies, for the incredible gift of life that you gave us. Your daughters are thriving, making us proud with their academics and their activities and most of all, their incredible personalities. I wish you could see them and know them. We will keep hunting for you in case you want to know them...in the meantime, God bless you many times over and we hope you're doing well.
