In our chapter "Heart Sisters" are either a junior/senior that the new member gets to pick. They function a week before the new member is initiated. Basically, they give the new member gifts throughout the week leading up to initiation. It's kind of like Clue Week in a way... just with small gifts and no big revelation at the end.
