But there are organizations that do not discriminate based on status as a parent... one was mentioned earlier that gladly accept mothers and uplift them, and I believe Iota Phi Theta Fraternity, Incorporated was founded by/for non-traditional male students, such as those who were re/entering college a bit older, had children, and were working or in the military.
