Hi everyone,
I'm from Eta Delta Chapter at Valparaiso Univeristy. We, too, have a small chapter (although the largest of 7 on campus!!). We are at quota at 63 members. We also have a very young council. Another issue that we struggle with is not having a house. All sororities on campus live in a common dorm, with wings assigned to each sorority. While we love our Korridor, not everyone lives there, especially the seniors and 2 newest classes. Any ideas from other chapters without houses as to how you promote sisterhood? Also, I'm new member ed chair and looking for ideas to teach the new girls about kappa, being a relatively new chapter we don't have an existing model to go by...any help would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks ladies....
