I've picked up some Tamiflu as a precautionary measure (thanks for the prescription, Dad
). This way, I'll have it on hand in case DH or I exhibit flu symptoms -- whether it's a result of swine flu now or "normal" flu next fall/winter. I'd rather have the Tamiflu and not need it than need it and be unable to get it because there's been a run on the pharmacy.
(BTW, I inquired about what Tamiflu would cost without insurance. Answer: bloody expensive.)
