I finally watched it and laughed at them bringing back yet ANOTHER Tracy/Jessica/Nikki. How many of them are there? Also, who was that guy she called #4?

I think Nathan/Sylar will end up with a multiple personality disorder where he has to battle himself to see who ultimately will be the dominant personality.
