I have to agree with Theta. That was very inappropriate and disrecptful for someone to go behind/beyond his back and write his National Headquarters without first giving the guy a chance to:
1. Think about it and maybe consult his brothers
2. Hear back from his own advisor
3. Actually investigate this proposal on his own accord
For his National body to hear about this via second hand information was not the right way to handle things at all. If that person had just let Theta do things on his own accord, they would have found out that he did decide to NOT to pursue Alltrue's offer any further.

Although Theta only has 33 posts, he has been registered since October 2001. Maybe he's just been observing and not finding much to post about. Either way, I don't think that has nothing to do with his decision (or consideration of Alltrue's offer).
