At the time he pledged, we did not have to 01 rule (stating you can't bid first semester freshman) so they turned his name in to the office when he officially became a student and it got sent to nationals, so yes he is registered.

Black balling him as an alumi would require a 2/3 vote 2 weeks in a row from the active membership. Then we send it to the GL office and they inform nationals, who removes him from the registry. Essentially it means he can no longer put "I was a member of STG" on his resume because nationals will not recognize him. It also means that any back dues he may owe (which I believe are $0) would be collected through a collection agency. He obviously couldn't wear letters anymore and wouldn't be permitted in certain parts of the house.
