Yeah, it's called a shower.
Do you wear glasses? This can make it worse. You might to try seeing a doctor, if stuff is peeling off the back of it. Could be just dry skin, or could be allergic. Mine are a little of both. They'll just tell you to get some cream/lotion.
Go get some cream/lotion.
