I think what was meant by this is that everyone will think, "We need to vote for Matt so that the judges save from last week wasn't wasted," so to speak.
Anyway... Anoop and Lil should definitely be going home. I like Anoop, but he's not as strong as the other contestants. And Lil hasn't had a great performance in forever.
